If you use your Facebook or Google account to create a user account on the Site, I.C.S. Agrimatco – Service S.R.L. will process the following publicly available profile data from these applications: username, email address.

If you choose to create a user account only before completing the order of a product available on the Site, your email address will be requested, and an account will be automatically created. If you do not complete the order, your email address and other provided data will not be stored by I.C.S. Agrimatco – Service S.R.L., and the created account will be automatically deleted.

II.2. If you are a visitor of the Site, I.C.S. Agrimatco – Service S.R.L. will process the personal data that you provide directly when using the Site, such as the data you provide in the contact/questions/complaints section, to the extent that you contact us in this way.

IV. Duration of Data Processing

As a general principle, I.C.S. Agrimatco – Service S.R.L. will process your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing mentioned above.

If you are a customer, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently according to the legal obligations that I.C.S. Agrimatco – Service S.R.L. must fulfill (e.g., for financial and accounting documents, for which the legal retention period is 10 years from the end of the fiscal year in which they were created).

If you withdraw your consent for data processing for marketing purposes, I.C.S. Agrimatco – Service S.R.L. will cease processing your personal data for this purpose, without affecting the processing carried out by I.C.S. Agrimatco – Service S.R.L. based on your consent before its withdrawal.

V. Disclosure of Personal Data

To fulfill the purposes of processing, I.C.S. Agrimatco – Service S.R.L. may disclose your data to partners, third parties, or entities that assist I.C.S. Agrimatco – Service S.R.L. in operating the Site (e.g., courier companies, IT service providers), or to public authorities, in the following examples:

Under the provisions of the personal data processing legislation, as data subjects, you have the following rights:

  • right to information, i.e., the right to receive details regarding the processing activities carried out by I.C.S. Agrimatco – Service S.R.L. as described in this document;
  • right of access to data, i.e., the right to obtain confirmation from I.C.S. Agrimatco – Service S.R.L. regarding the processing of personal data, as well as details on processing activities, such as how the data is processed, the purpose of processing, the recipients or categories of recipients of the data, etc.;
  • right to rectification, i.e., the right to obtain without undue delay from I.C.S. Agrimatco – Service S.R.L. the correction of inaccurate/unjustified personal data, as well as the completion of incomplete data; rectification/completion will be communicated to each recipient to whom the data has been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts;
  • right to erasure of data, without undue delay (“right to be forgotten”), when one of the following reasons applies:
    • the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed;
    • if consent is withdrawn and no other legal ground exists for processing;
    • if the data subject objects to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing;
    • if the personal data was processed unlawfully;
    • if the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation;
    • personal data was collected in connection with the provision of information society services under Union or domestic law applicable to the operator.

In some cases, I.C.S. Agrimatco – Service S.R.L. may anonymize these data (thus removing their personal character) and continue processing them for statistical purposes.

  • right to restrict processing if:
    • the data subject contests the accuracy of the data, for a period allowing the verification of the data’s accuracy;
    • the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use;
    • the operator no longer needs the personal data for processing, but the data subject requests it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of a legal claim; or
    • the data subject has objected to processing (other than for direct marketing), during the period of verification of whether the legitimate interests of the operator override those of the data subject.
  • right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and the right to have this data transmitted by I.C.S. Agrimatco – Service S.R.L. to another data controller, as long as legal conditions are met;
  • right to object – regarding processing activities, which can be exercised by submitting a request as outlined below;
  • at any time, for reasons related to the particular situation of the data subject, to object to the processing of their data based on the legitimate interests of solis.md or public interest, unless I.C.S. Agrimatco – Service S.R.L. can demonstrate overriding legitimate grounds that justify the processing or that the purpose is the establishment, exercise, or defense of a right in court;
  • at any time, free of charge and without any justification, to object to the processing of their data for direct marketing purposes.
  • right not to be subject to an automated individual decision, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly significantly affects them;
  • right to address the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or the competent courts if necessary.
