3-Year Warranty

ITL places special emphasis on the quality of its products. For this reason, the company offers a 3-year or 2000-hour warranty* for the engine, transmission, and axles (both for its own products and those from third-party manufacturers) on tractors with engines of 50 horsepower and above, and a 3-year/700-hour warranty* on compact tractors (20-26 horsepower).
Other parts are covered by a 12-month warranty.
The above warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as brake discs, brake pads, filters, tires, etc.
* The term that occurs first.

Official Technical Service Center

At any Solis distributor, in any country, Technical Service Centers are organized. These centers employ qualified engineers who have been trained at the manufacturer’s factory and systematically attend advanced training courses.

In the Republic of Moldova, a Solis Technical Center has also been established, where both maintenance and repair work for tractors/aggregates are carried out, as well as technical service during the warranty and post-warranty periods.

Mobile Technical Assistance Teams

For prompt technical support, in addition to the Service Center, 4 mobile technical assistance teams have been formed. Each team is provided with a vehicle equipped with the necessary tools and equipment for repair work.
These are real «ambulances» but for agricultural machinery!

The mobile technical assistance teams are always ready to assist our customers throughout the entire Republic. Our specialists will come wherever needed: in the field where the tractor has broken down or to the farmer’s yard.

Spare parts warehouse

In addition to each Technical Service Center, there is a warehouse for original spare parts. Each Solis warehouse keeps the minimum necessary parts for urgent repairs of machinery. If a rarer part is needed, it will be ordered from the main parts warehouse for Europe, located in Germany.
Therefore, the delivery of necessary parts takes only a few days.
